Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Media Buyer's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service Availability

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Media Buyer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Media Buyer or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages. Our recommendations are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
